I went there twice to get the vegan pancakes. First time I received them and they were still raw inside. So I sent them back to cook them more. When they came back, same story… They simply didn’t know how to do vegan pancakes with the right ratios of ingredients… So I talked to the owner and proposed her my approved recipes. She was excited to get them and said I should come back the other day and try them again. No need to tell me that twice Came back, same liquid pancakes. Actually worse because they were bland as hell… So I asked again to put them back into the pan to cook them properly… The waitress left me waiting for 30 min!! until I asked what’s up with my pancakes… She left me waiting without me knowing that she doesn’t serve them to me anymore… This is unacceptable behavior and really unprofessional… Best thing comes: After I ordered the poke bowl, telling her that I’m vegan, She brought me the bowl with a sauce containing eggs…

So I asked again to put them back in the pan to cook them properly. the waitress let me wait for 30 minutes! until I asked what about my pancakes. she kept me waiting without knowing that she's no longer serving me. that is unacceptable behavior and really unprofessional. the best comes: after I ordered the Poke bowl and told her that I am vegan, she brought me the bowl with a sauce with ice cream. ... they did not seem apologetic. are they aware!

Eat yummy. the vegan spot poke dish and vanilla vegan shake were great
