Great service and excellent chicken sandwiches : made to order!!! The crispy chicken sandwich here is by far the best ive had. Not greasy like most and it was fried and seasoned perfectly! the fries were delish i wasnt able to take a pic since i ate it so fast hahahha but trust me its a must try! They also have a killer fresh made lemonade that i was addicted to hahah it has a cute country vibe inside i highly recommend it for your crispy chicken sandwich fix! ;

We stumbled upon this local small business after recently moving into the neighborhood. Going in with little to no expectation we were overwhelmed by our experience here. The staff were friendly and honest. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was fresh, delightful and cool both in temperature and decor. We ordered the sunny +avocado) and the blue hen with aqua Fresca, fries, and baby carrots. Everything was a joy to experience. An array of flavors that blend so beautifully well. We were checked on regularly while dining in. The staff here is so attentive to each of their guests. If you're on the fence you must try this hidden gem you won't be disappointed.

Thank you Yelp for leading me to this delicious chicken sandwich heavenly spot. The interior of this restaurant is so cute....very modern rustic country...if that makes sense. Menu consisted of different chicken sandwiches prepared in variety of tastes. Had my heart set on the Night Fowl-hand-breaded chicken, pickled chilies, peanut sauce, cabbage, thai basil, cilantro, toasted sesame seeds, hen sauce, Larder Baking Co. brioche bun. Their chicken is MEATYYYYYYY. None of this fried batter with just a dinky little chicken piece. Oh no....they give you CHICKEN over here. My best friend ordered the Basic Bird sandwich, normal chicken sandwich but you can choose your spice level. One thing to note: THEIR SPICY (HABANERO) IS NO JOKE!!!!!!!! She can handle spice really well and this made her eyes water uncontrollably....only took about four-six bites before she had to surrendered. One of the female worker who checked to see if we needed anything else (napkins, more lemons etc) was such a sweetheart; she offered her some milk. My friend had to re-order another sandwich. So you've been warned lol. We were saying we have no idea how some people can order the insane or death wish...whoooo man.... My Night Fowl was delicious....full of flavor and chicken was cooked to order so sandwich was nice and pippin hot. Definitely come here if you love chicken sandwiches. Chi**F**a who!?! That place ain't got nuttin on Blue Hen Chicken Co!

Great local option for chicken sandwiches!I wanted to try something non-touristy on a brief visit to Las Vegas, and from what I could find online this certainly fit the bill. This is a new restaurant but already feels well established.The restaurant is clean and bright, with modern decor. The menu offers a fun variety of creative sandwiches at fair prices. They also offer breakfast and brunch. We ordered the night fowl (a Thai/Vietnamese style sandwich) and a special fried eggplant sandwich. The chicken sandwiches are made with thigh meat. We also got a side of young broccoli and a agua fresca.The food was served quickly. I really liked the night fowl but my dining partner did not. I thought it was great and tasted kind of like a bahn mi. The sauce is fairly runny so the last few bites were more flavorful than the first few. The eggplant sandwich was delicious, truly one of the best vegetarian meals I’ve eaten. The broccoli was okay, but a bit chewy. The agua fresca was good but tasted more like a lemonade than the melon it was supposed to.
