I was surprised at the small size. The meat was seasoned well and I like the soft bun. The potato chips added a nice crunch on the crunch burgers. I have had the nacho burger but the tortilla chips were soggy on it by the time I sat down and started eating it. The fries were average. I took two stars off because of the price. For 4 burgers 2 fries and 1 drink it was $90!! Then they tried to ask for a tip!!! I'm not tipping if you don't wait on me. They forgot one of our fries and I had to go back to get it.Glad we tried so I can check that off the list but won't be back.
Not a fan of pretty much being forced to add a tip. This isn't a restaurant where the waiter is taking my order, I order at the front, and their stupid square/clover app thing asks if you want to add a tip, since I don't want spit in my food I am forced to tip. Why should I tip at a place that is equivalent to The Habit, or Freddy's? They don't ask for a tip, the food is already double the price it is compared to a local spot. Very annoying, maybe take off that feature and put a money jar instead.
I pay for my burger plus a drink he doesn't give me a receipt and then finally he gives me my burger but not my drink I ask for my drink and the person asks me for the receipt which he didn't give me so no drink even though I I
The food court experience was wanting. Loud, crowded, and uncomfortable tables. Condiments were hard to come by. On the other hand the food was very good. The meat on the burger was very tasty and seasoned perfectly. The fries were nothing special. The prices are insanely high. I'm glad I went but I won't be a regular customer.
This place is a complete scam. The burgers are nothing special, and they will charge you $8 for a 12 oz bottle of water. There is also nowhere to get filtered tap around no fountains or anything so it just feels like they're taking advantage of that situation with a $7 markup.
