Service is slower then most dq...so prepare for that wait... and they don't flip your blizzard here sometimes and not honor the saying fyi....

My wife and I stopped in to get a DQ cake for our grand daughter’s birthday. We asked for a birthday message be put on the cake and it turned out unsatisfactory. We voiced our concern and the manager, Jordan, came to the rescue! She fixed the sloppy printing and did a beautiful job!!! The pic is of the finished cake. If you need a DQ cake be sure to ask for Jordan!

Ever since their new management they’ve been amazing the food used to be cold and now it’s so hot and they have great customer service highly recommend this dairy queen and their guaranteed to put happy birthday on ice cream cakes. and they were quick

The young man who waited on us was horrible my wife ordered ice cream in a cup, but he made a cone; when she advised him of the mistake he got her an empty cup and gave it to her with no spoon nor an apology. When he eventually served my sundae, he didn't bring a spoon. And the tables were dirty. Never going back
