Mother of God, the posole was the best thing! So freaking delicious. If you go to this restaurant, do yourself a favor and get that posole!

AMAZING AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD. CARNE ASADA IS AMAZING. My boyfriend and I are locals and we were referred to this place by his former staff. Everything about this place is awesome from their service to the food. Truly feel like a home cooked meal that mom would make.

El Rey has a special place to my bf's heart, now mine as well. My bf raved about El Rey and comes whenever he can that he wanted me to experience it with him when I was in town. Luckily I was craving for Mexican food. My go to usually is the Quesabirria and I personally like to add beans and rice on the side to it so I requested it. I've tried many around and none topped it like this one did. I ate it with so much satisfaction and was so fulfilled with it. This was the best I've had in the longest and even my bf who doesn't usually get it fell IN LOVE with my Quesabirria. He even raved about it to his family. I bet you he would get it next time he comes but he does love his chicken enchilada as well. That was enough for me to come back whenever I'm in Vegas. I seriously have not tasted a Quesabirria like that one. Just thinking about it makes me hungry. I definitely wanna try the others on the menu but it might be hard since I like this so much.. their restaurant and food are authentic and I believe it's a family owned business so definitely try them out because they're delicious but you can also support a local business!

New place just opened up, the owner and staff extremely polite and attentive. The food that we had very good (Chilli Verde and torta melaneza) chicharon in my opinion which I personally expressed to the owner was the best I've had in over 5 years, and he allowed me to try both types. Now would I go back [hell, yes if for anything the chicharon] but for the food as well.
