Javier's - Las Vegas Strip

Another food tour inside the Aria during Travel Week. Javier’s packs a punch with the best queso I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t usually like queso or cheese, so this was a blessing and will definitely make me eat more queso in the future. The habanero confit really added a well-rounded kick to the dish, and dipping it with any chips or tortilla truly got my taste buds going. Both the food and drinks were absolutely amazing

Definitely come here for a drink and a snack but not for a full meal. I got a margarita and it was amazing. My husband and I shared a 3 item combo, was disappointed. Food was not up to the price point. I expected more. Staff and margarita was great though.

Rude hostess made me never want to revisit. Asked to be seated at a different table, in a nearly empty restaurant, because the one they were seating us at was near people and it wad very empty everywhere else. We explained it’s because a compromised immune system. She flat out said no and insisted everything will be crowded later, which also didn’t matter considering there are options that can still create better distance. They even have partitioned booths. We had to insist she go ask and change the table to be less close to others. I can’t believe requesting to accommodate over a serious medical condition is taken so disrespectfully, when it was indeed very possible and easy to adjust once she finally dragged her feet over to make the request. Additionally, the restaurant did not fill up as she claimed. Only giving any stars at all because the servers were friendly but the front team clearly isn’t capable of customer service.

Still one of my favorite stops in Vegas from the selection, the atmosphere, the food and the style here. It really is one of the best Mexican places in the city, but highly recommend getting a reservation in advance especially on weekends cause walk-ins are difficult here. But well worth the wait. And if you love seafood get the ahi tuna ceviche and lobster enchilladas

I ordered the short rib and it wasn’t hitting at all. The rib had so much fat on it and no flavor. The only flavor I could taste was the little spice that was on it. When they brought it out it looked disgusting ? 2/10
