Napoli Pizza - Las Vegas Strip

On Wednesday I went at 12:20 and they told me that they were closed... when their hours say until 1... today I went at the same time and they told me that they are only selling takeaway... I want to emphasize that I had I had to return my order because they told me that they didn't have shrimp for my order... they called the manager and she said yes there was and the cook gave the answer that if he wanted me to come and prepare it, why was he already leaving... The cashier was more concerned with baiting her boyfriend than with attending to the cash register... really, what a bad experience and what a mediocre staff... I will never return and I will only give my acquaintances a bad reference about the place so they don't come... By the way, they gave me a refund for the entire ticket and I had to pay again for the rest of the food, what really terrible attention

The food is bomb and Kailey was so helpful and fast!

Phenomenal service! Delicious food!!! Natasha, our waitress, was so so amazing!!! Perfect atmosphere/environment for our family! We really enjoyed so many different dishes too from appetizers to dessert, all was delicious!

The service was very good and the pizza and chicken were delicious, Jay was very nice a good server
