I must admit the chicken was a delightful surprise perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. And let's not forget about their lemonade; it was nothing short of magnificent! The majority of the employees were genuinely friendly and that they consistently maintained a clean dining room and restroom. This dedication to providing a pleasant dining experience is certainly commendable. However, as someone who has worked in customer service for over 18 years, with a significant portion of that time spent in management positions, I understand that friendliness alone does not always make customers feel truly welcome. I have developed a deep appreciation for exceptional customer service, and it is disheartening to witness anything less. Nonetheless, I recognize that inadequate training or a lack thereof often contributes to such shortcomings, ultimately placing the responsibility on the shoulders of management. We visit this Canes every time we visit Vegas. Delicious and clean facility.

The cats at this location are some of the nicest and most efficient I've come across. Never have to wait long and even my punk rock fabulous self is greeted with a smile every time.

Ordered a caniac combo chicken was delicious and moist. French fries were hot and freshly cooked. The coleslaw, dipping sauce, and toast was also very good in flavor. Also ordered a Sprite soda. Will definitely return for other meals. We ordered online so it was ready when we arrived. Long line at the drive thru and busy in the dining area also.. so glad we ordered ahead.

Visiting the United States was my dream that came true in September this year. I wanted to try some authentic American fast food, so I chose Raising Canes. It was delicious, I recommend it ; Additionally, I stumbled upon a crazy sight! A black man crawled under my fiancée's seat, followed by several cops with guns drawn! We were in shock as the officer aimed between my partner's legs, and a scared boy emerged from under the sofa. We were reassured by some guys in the corner of the restaurant who were recording and laughing at the whole situation. Holding a piece of chicken in my hand, I didn't know whether to take a bite or drop it on the floor and raise my hands in the air, haha. Greetings to all the staff, officers, and the guys who recorded the incident. Too bad I was stressed and didn't record everything for the memory :
