I particularly love their salt and pepper chicken wings; they are wonderfully crispy and come with fresh grilled onions and spicy peppers. Another favorite of mine is the Pad Thai Chicken, which you can request with brown rice for a healthier option. It's a good idea to grab a seat as soon as you notice the restaurant is not too busy, as it can fill up quickly due to its limited seating and popularity. Overall, this is a fantastic Asian restaurant with an impressive selection that includes ramen, pho, spring rolls, and shaken beef.
For the ultimate experience at this restaurant, make sure to sit at the bar. It's truly impressive to see how all the dishes are prepared—so fresh, flavorful, and the service is excellent. I've been here more than ten times, and each visit just gets better. The soups, noodles, peppers, fried rice, and more make this one of the best noodle bars around. It's definitely a must-try!
We had a fantastic dining experience! Our server, Pua, was full of energy and truly passionate about her job and interacting with guests. Her friendly, laid-back vibe, reflecting her Hawaiian roots, made our visit even more enjoyable. We were seated at the bar, which allowed us to watch the chefs skillfully prepare our meals—a fascinating spectacle that kept us entertained as we waited. To our pleasant surprise, our food arrived faster than expected, especially considering it was a busy Friday lunch. The drinks, sourced from the bar next door, were outstanding! **Tranquilitea ($13):** This delightful concoction features Ketel One Citroen Vodka, Mint Verbena Tea, Jasmine Honey, and Lemon. I loved every ingredient, and the balance was spot on. Just be sure to enjoy it before the ice melts, or it risks tasting watered down. **Toki Old Fashion ($13):** This was one of the best Old Fashioneds we've had. My husband was particularly impressed! **Pork Belly Bun ($9):** While this was decent, it didn’t quite measure up to the crispy duck bun. The pork belly was somewhat underwhelming and got lost in the hoisin sauce. **Crispy Duck Bun ($9):** Unfortunately, the crispy duck was dry and lacking in flavor, making it a disappointment. **Shrimp Toast ($10):** While I appreciated the unique concept, I wouldn’t order it again. The shrimp was overcooked, which detracted from the dish, although I liked that they cut the toast into two portions for us. **Crispy Green Beans ($10):** These were the highlight of our lunch! They were incredibly tasty and surprisingly good, with a perfect fry and just the right amount of sauce. Even my husband, who isn't fond of vegetables, couldn’t resist and polished off half the plate! Plus, Pua mentioned they're her favorite, so you won’t want to miss trying them. Overall, our experience was delightful, and I would definitely recommend this place!
Waited 20 minutes for my food than what was stated to me by the servers. Once I received my chicken Pad Thai dish, I was disgusted to discover the inauthenticity of such foods. The noodles looked like spaghetti and the sauce was like nothing I have ever tasted in a Pad Thai dish. I have traveled to Thailand, and even purchased a few Thai cookbooks. This was not anything near what is served in other authentic Thai/ Asian restaurants in the Las Vegas area. Unless you have no other choice, as a Vegas local, I would strongly urge any visitor to stay away if they want good tasting and authentic Asian cuisine for a respectable price… won’t be returning!
I’m a huge fan of this cuisine and with all the options at Red Rock, this was the first place for me to dine at on my trip. The shishito peppers are delicious but needed more salt. I opted for soy sauce. Be careful though- they are spicy! The duck bao buns were the star of the meal. I could have eaten 4 plates of them. Finished the meal with brisket pho and added grilled pork to it. It was yummy but the broth was a tad bland. Was expecting a more bold flavor. Even after adding plenty of sauces, it was still a 7.5 out of 10.I’d go back just for the bao buns but maybe try something else as my entree.
