Big Jerk Kitchen Lounge - Las Vegas

Big jerk informed me that we can’t reserve tables with them through this app so lost my table had to plan something completely different for a birthday

This was the best Caribbean food I've ever had! Everything was absolutely delicious! The service was a bit inconsistent, and the drinks were somewhat overpriced and watered down. However, overall, we really enjoyed the experience, and we will definitely come back when we visit Vegas again.

I arrived only to find that this restaurant is permanently closed. What a disappointment!

Overall the food was good. The jerk fry was a bit salty but we all enjoyed our meals. Down side is I would’ve preferred to be served our meals on plates instead of disposable containers. Also the restaurant turns into a lounge after 10pm and if we wanted to stay we were required to pay a cover charge. In my opinion if you’re there for dinner prior to 10pm and decide you want to hang out for awhile after that then we shouldn’t have to pay the cover. The music during dinner added a good vibe to the atmosphere and we wanted to stay longer just to hang out but we were turned off by the mandatory cover charge so we left.

This place wasn't what I expected. It had the look of a trendy restaurant/lounge, but unfortunately, that wasn't the reality. They were out of many menu items, and there was only one person on staff who knew how to operate the hookah, and they weren't there that day. If they plan to offer hookah regularly, the whole staff should be trained to handle it. On a positive note, my food was flavorful, though it was quite spicy. I appreciated the large portions, but I really wish they had all the options I wanted.
