Café Zupas - Las Vegas

I visited with my parents just before closing on July 2nd. The young woman at the front counter, who was Latin, dealt with a large family that had numerous questions and took quite a long time to make their decision and place their order. I was truly impressed by her patience; she handled the situation with kindness and helpfulness, whereas many people might have been frustrated. Even after taking my order, she maintained a positive attitude. I wish I could remember her name, but I hope her management team recognizes her efforts and offers her opportunities for advancement within the company.

It took 20 minutes to receive a bowl of soup that should have been readily available.

We really enjoy the food and the staff at Zupas. They consistently treat us like valued customers. It's great to see my salad being prepared and tossed right in front of me. Plus, they have a fantastic rewards program.

For Zupas, the food is about the same at every restaurant (delicious), but the staff at this restaurant are extremely pleasant and friendly. Some Zupas restaurants you can tell the staff are not happy to be there and are very grumpy. That doesn’t happen at this location. This is not the closes restaurant to us, but for the great service, friendly staff and great atmosphere, worth the extra drive.

Love their amazing salads! And they carry Coke Zero!!!
