Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Las Vegas

I stopped by on Tuesday and had a great experience. I'm excited to go back with my friends. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food you receive.

This Capriotti's was busy. Only two customers were allowed in at one time, and there were a few people waiting outside to order or pick up. I called in my order when I arrived, went inside to pay (I used a coupon), and asked if my order could be delivered curbside. Yes! So, I waited just a few minutes and my order was delivered. My wagyu roast beef sandwich and chopped salad were delicious. Okay, the potato chips were good, too. FYI, the wagyu roast beef was rare. Since I don't like rare, I did microwave the beef only to my liking, put it back in the sandwich, and enjoyed it immensely. It was tender and flavorful. The employees were busy but I was still greeted when I entered the store and the cashier was kind and didn't rush me when I paid. The establishment was clean and organized. It was easy to see where to pick up orders that were on sectioned shelving. The same goes for outside delivery services.

The sandwiches are quite good, but it's best to order ahead of time. It seems to be more convenient for both them and the customers. I wouldn’t give it a full five stars, though, as the staff lacks personality and friendliness.

They never screw up the order and always social distance

The sandwiches were excellent—fresh and generously filled. We placed our order online, and true to their word, everything was ready in just 10 minutes.
