I've spent almost my entire career working in restaurants, and I've also experienced the challenge of being the only employee handling both the drive-thru and the register. If you haven't been in that situation, you really can't imagine how tough it is. I really dislike the management for putting this poor girl in such a difficult position. Honestly, if I were in their shoes, I'd sooner close the restaurant than overwhelm one person like that. During my visit, there was no barbecue sauce, no ranch dressing, the coupon system wasn’t working, and the self-serve soda machine was out of order. Despite all this, the employee remained pleasant and kind. I genuinely feel for her, as it seemed like she was managing everything alongside just one cook. On a positive note, I was excited to be able to order a Beyond burger and crinkle-cut fries.

I ordered the chicken BBQ burger combo for lunch. The chicken was flavorful, but slightly dry. Overall, the service was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant is clean and quiet, making it a great spot for a quick meal or refreshments.

The late crew here was cool. Friendly, fresh hot food. Thanks for your compliment on my shirt

I think someone needs to have a word with the manager named Flo. We ordered a double classic California burger, but instead, she gave us the double jalapeño burger. When we pointed out the mistake, Flo threw a tantrum, insisting that we had ordered the jalapeño burger, which we hadn’t. She went back to the kitchen, venting and shouting. It felt like she was taking out her bad day on us.
