Ordered spicy chicken sandwich. Asked to add Swiss Cheese I got cheddar. The poor sandwiches buns were smashed to smithereens. It took my husband 20 minutes to get our order. Seems like he was told there was only 3 people working. Where's a manager, owner at this place allowing substandard food to be served. This visit was a disaster. Probably won't go back.
Went through the drive thru on my lunch break ... Paid for my order then suddenly they were confused on what I even ordered... Then she ask if they even have any chicken ready . This makes me suspicious and I check my order as soon as I pull from the window... It was of course wrong.... When I go in the store I was asked to see my receipt to prove they messed up .. then she has the balls to ask if I want them to just add it to my sandwich the missing items ... I requested it remade... Which they did but was still bad . Chicken was burnt and was more of a chicken strip not a breast like it was supposed to be. I've had this before at other locations .... Will never return to this store.
Bad customer service. I thought this location was going to have great customer service because the area it’s in but I was wrong. The kitchen is full of people who can’t cook. My fries were old, they basically had a stale texture when I chewed on a few of them. The burger wasn’t grilled/charbroiled fully, meat still looked grey. I got extra raw onions and i didn’t order extra. My burger was smushed, it looked like it only had lettuce on it, awful presentation.*Just because its in a good area doesn’t mean it’s going to be good food. Lesson learned.
So this is why everyone has to wait 20 plus minutes for their orders.....workers just chilling on their phones as customers, including myself, waiting to even be acknowledge as a new guest waiting. Technology has come a long way only for society to go downhill. [Sigh]Service: 2/5
