Del Taco - Las Vegas

We were both quite disappointed for several reasons. First, we weren't able to take advantage of the Taco Tuesday deal, even though we clearly ordered 3 tacos each for a total of 12. I assume you're supposed to mention the deal at the register, but it seems unnecessary when it's Tuesday! Second, there was a Hispanic lady in the kitchen—she might be the manager—who was very unprofessional. She was barking orders and was rude to the cashier. When she thought she had given us all our tacos, she gave us attitude, but we only received 9 when we had clearly paid for 12 and had even been overcharged. I’m giving this location 2 stars solely because we enjoy the food.

Service was good. Sodas are expensive. Ouch! The $1 chicken tacos promo they have right now are fantastic!!

Friendly staff. I didn't know a huge covid price increase at this location. Our food was tasty which I usually find at all Del Tacos. Their dining room was clean. It's want crowded and they didn't take long to complete our order. It's conveniently located close to the freeway exit and the Bass Pro shop as you're leaving Las Vegas towards California.

I stopped by for a late lunch around 2:15 PM and found only two other tables occupied. I must warn you—this restaurant is incredibly dirty! During our 45-minute stay, the trash was never cleared, despite the lack of customers. The area in front of and behind the counter was filthy, and there was trash scattered all over the floors. I even had to request that our table be cleaned because it was in such poor condition. If I hadn't been craving Del Taco, I would have left. Corporate really needs to pay a visit to this location!

I came all the way from Texas and it was nasty the fries were cold and th food was not fresh and we were the only people in drive thru and inside so I don't understand
