Fatburger Buffalo's Express - Las Vegas

I really enjoyed my meal here! You all know how much I love fresh, made-to-order food, and that's exactly what we got. The burgers and fries were fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor. The same owners are still running the place since my first visit, although I wasn't into leaving reviews back then. The prices aren't too different from what they used to be; Fatburger has always been on the pricier side, so inflation isn't a concern here. You definitely get your money's worth!

The food and service are consistently good. However, the prices seem a bit high given the limited menu options. I decided to try the wings for a change, but unfortunately, they’re not my favorite. I can't comment on the atmosphere since I always use the drive-thru.

The 1000 island burger? The best Sweet fries was just okay. But the skinny fries was really tasty. Great window service. Glad I stopped by and got a fresh made burger.

I visited this restaurant hoping to grab a burger. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I decided to go inside. An employee at the entrance greeted me with a cheerful "good morning." I placed my order for a burger to go, but there was an issue with the credit card machine. The friendly cashier, Tammy, kindly asked if I had cash. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough on me. I offered another card, but the machine still wasn't working. I was more than willing to go to an ATM, unlike many who would probably take their frustration out on the staff. Tammy reassured me that it was okay and apologized for the inconvenience. I told her I didn't mind stepping out to come back, and I really appreciated her excellent customer service. The service was also surprisingly quick. Before leaving, I asked the other employee who had greeted me for her name, and she introduced herself as Sandra. I hope I got that right! Tammy and Sandra exchanged glances, likely curious about why I wanted her name, but I just thanked them both for their kindness and wished them a great day. Both smiled, and I truly valued the positive interaction. The place was clean, and I was impressed by how quickly my food was ready. Thank you once again, ladies!
