I like the wide range of elements in the menu. Not only 10 items, but. good, I didn't count. they seem to have an array to choose from.
I’ve had a disappointing experience. The staff member asked me several times what I ordered, and it was hard to appreciate the interaction due to his rude demeanor. It felt like he was just waiting to hand me my fries, which didn’t seem to have been prepared properly. Overall, it was a waste of time.
Try to go to drive thru around 4:40am and they say their system is down so I drive to this location and they say the same exact thing so I ask if there is something wrong with all of their systems and I 'm told yes but also that they spend this time to stock and stuff why advertise 24 hours at all the restaurants and then have them all close at the same time so customers don 't look it up and waste time and gas driving to it?
I went here at midnight and was speaking on the speaker for assistance and there was no answer, pull up at the window to get help and employee didn't want to take our other because he missed us and took care of the next car and told us to go back in line or go park to the front and reverse back after next car leaves, and then take our order.. so much drama that he made and had the third car leave. And he shut the window while I try to explain to take my order, so while he helps the next car my food could be made as well. He got mad and refuse service at the end I came out of my car knock at the window and said I wasn't leaving until he takes my order than he finally did and my husband was so fed up and irritated with all the argument and didn't want nothing. I had 5 kids at home trying to haves a blast for kids night, it was very disappointing.
