From the stylish and elegant decor to the incredible flavors in each dish, this restaurant exceeded all my expectations. The menu offers a wide range of Vietnamese cuisine, and my party sampled several dishes, all of which were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The pho was the standout dish, with a rich and flavorful broth that was obviously made with care. The service is equally noteworthy. The staff is friendly, prompt, and always willing to help with any requests or questions. Our server even helped us navigate the menu so that we could order based on our dietary restrictions. The atmosphere at Catsuco is also fantastic, with beautiful and chic decor that adds to the overall dining experience. The restaurant is spacious yet cozy, with plenty of seating to accommodate larger groups.Overall, I cannot recommend Catsuco enough. This restaurant clearly takes pride in everything they do, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. If you're looking for a memorable meal in a wonderful setting with great service, look no further than Catsuco!
My girlfriend and I came in on a Wednesday afternoon to help support the small shop after having come once before and enjoying the initial experience. However this second experience was terrible; mainly due to the service we received from the only server in the store, a small older lady with glasses named Akio (based on the name on our receipt). We ordered a pork katsu sando combo set (side of lumpia) and corn soup. We had also asked for 2 cups for water which the server said she would bring to us when we sat down.Lumpia and pork katsu sando came out and then a miso soup was brought out. I let her know that I thought we ordered the corn soup but she was adamant that we said miso soup. I looked at the receipt and it said miso soup but I apologized because it was possibly a miscommunication which is okay and she did quickly offer to make us a corn soup for free but seemed very grumpy about it. I double checked with my girlfriend if she remembers what I said and she was pretty sure I had said corn soup as well. A few minutes later, she points at me and basically throws me under the bus in front of my girlfriend saying that I said miso soup when I ordered but that she would, again, make the corn soup for free. I again apologized and thanked her, trying to laugh it off.She brings out the corn soup later and moves the miso soup she had brought earlier in FRONT OF ME and tells me to EAT IT because I ORDERED IT. I don't like to waste food and I do like miso soup so I ate it but I don't think that kind of service or attitude is appropriate. The corn soup was for my girlfriend and she said it was not that good and based on the service she didn't even want to eat it anymore. I don't know if it's because we were the only customers in the store and/or the server was having a bad day, but it was a pretty awkward and terrible experience. The food overall was not as good as previously:-Lumpia were lukewarm-Sando was dry and cold-Miso soup was averageOur last visit, there was a Caucasian gentlemen who served us and the service and food were great. I don't know what happened this time around but I don't think we will be going back again ever.
Stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon, and while we were the only customers there, Katsuco was worthy of a visit. Started with the pork lumpia. Nothing crazy, but they were tasty. Stole one of my buddy's potstickers and it was good as well. I went with a pork katsu bowl and enjoyed it. Lots of flavor, nice serving size and the pickled ginger really made everything pop. I think I'm gonna try chicken katsu next time though because the pork was a bit tougher than I normally like. Overall, there's nothing really unique about this spot, but they're serving some solid food and the prices are right. Service was friendly and the place was clean.
This place is amazing. From the customer service to the food. It is definitely worth the stop. We had the teriyaki bowl and curry shrimp. Will definitely be going back.
The ginger pork bowl was really good. Highly recommend ?
