Little Caesars Pizza - Las Vegas

After waiting 47 minutes, I finally received my food, but when I got home, I discovered they had given me the wrong pizza. I didn't receive my pizza and Stix, so I tried calling them multiple times, at least 8 calls before closing time, but no one answered. The next day, when I went back, they told me that I waited too long to pick it up and that I should have come in the same night. I explained that I hadn’t made it back before closing and had called several times without a response. I even mentioned that I still had the incorrect pizzas they gave me. Despite that, they refused to correct the order. I would not recommend visiting this place.

The lady at the register was incredible! She expertly handled at least 10 people trying to get her attention, and I was really impressed by her coordination. She informed me about the estimated wait time, and I just wish I knew her name to give her a shoutout. I will definitely be returning to this business often since I’m in the area!

I ordered a pizza, but they messed up my order and I ended up missing some items when I got home. I paid $70 for it! They wanted me to return to the restaurant to sort it out, but no one offered me a refund. This happened at the location on Twain and Maryland... I definitely do not recommend going back.

I went fine at 9:30 (they were closed at 10) I said it would take about 15 minutes, so I went to wait in my car. When I wait, I saw how they locked the doors, I went to the door and remembered the cashier I did? I'm waiting for my pizza. She said I had to come back the next day and I asked her why if I had already paid. The cook goes from behind to grab a pizza and give me the hand. The pizza must have been there all night. No way back

Ordered Deep Dish Pizza with ground beef, drove 20 minutes to get it and 20 minutes back to our hotel to only find no meat on our pizza. Drove back to remake it and they don?t have beef. They remade the pizza and wouldn?t refund my money. The manager on duty was no help at all. Worst customer service ever. I want my money back.
