Feedback gevenWe sat there waiting for about 15 minutes without anyone bringing us our food. Frustrated, I went inside with our drinks, only to find that our food still wasn’t ready. I asked for a refund, but the shift leader informed me that he couldn’t process it. I requested my receipt back to speak to the manager. When we got home, I emailed corporate regarding our experience. They replied, saying they had contacted the McDonald's and that we needed to return there to receive our refund. The following morning, I went back and spoke with the manager, who told me he could only refund half of my money and offer another meal. Since it was early morning, he said that if I didn’t want breakfast, I would have to come back during lunch hours. McDonald's should consider why I would want to eat at this location after being treated this way. I believe I deserved a full refund. I contacted corporate again to express my dissatisfaction with their proposed solution. This McDonald's is scamming its customers, so beware. There are other McDonald’s nearby, such as the ones at Decatur and Lone Mountain or Ann Rd and the 95 in Las Vegas, which are much better options. This location consistently asks customers to pull forward and then forgets about them, and now they're refusing to provide refunds. When a company starts refusing to refund customers for poor service, it’s time to sever ties. In fact, there's a Burger King just up the street.
Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Avoid this location unless you enjoy the agony of waiting at least 30 minutes for your order. They might even take it a step further and lose your order altogether—this has happened to me several times in a row! I thought the whole point was fast food! Instead, I had plenty of time to reconsider my unhealthy choice. I will never return to this McDonald's! Zero stars! I only had to give it one star to submit this review!
So my experience at this particular McDonald's has been bad. I have lived near it for about 9 years so for convenience I had had to go to this one. Today I received my order missing a soda and my Big Mac with out a patty. In the past the drive thru would take 5-10 minutes. I have gone inside to order and was forced to use the digital kiosk. Which was not an issue for me but an elderly couple struggled so they went to the counter and the person there just would not help them. They have a cashier there but they were not there to perform cashier duties. I had to help the elderly couple. I have received happy meals without toys, etc...I can on and on about this. I rather drive to a farther McDonald's as my kids love the food. I will say that I never returned to complain so not sure about how they handle those situations. Usually I get home and get disappointed. The screw ups are real. If you go, check your food before departure.
Have come to this location several times. Always out of something. Don't be in a hurry if you come here, cause you will be waiting a while. Done giving them my money. For a prime and busy location they are about quantity not quality and it has shown a majority of the times I have gone there. The food in the Costco food court.... even the samplers through out the store are way better and satisfying.
I ordered 3 frappes and some food at 2:05. I waited over 20 minutes for the food. After they gave me my food they told me that the machine was broken and only had caramel frapes( I ordered mocha and Oreo). They were well aware, and I received no prior warning. If I was previously warned I wouldn’t have ordered frappes and I received my food much earlier. Don’t come here there several people waiting for food and no one on the counter to help. The manager had her back towards the customers and never checked if the orders were going out at a steady pace. Never coming back
