Nabe Hotpot - Las Vegas

Incredible all-you-can-eat (AYCE) Shabu Shabu deals! I'm also a fan of Nabe Sushi's AYCE offerings. The new cocktails are fantastic too! Food: 5/5

This is a well-known all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurant. The all-day option is slightly pricier but offers a wider selection of food. The seafood and meats are quite fresh, so it's best to place your orders as soon as you arrive. The vegetables, noodles, and sauces are self-serve. Overall, the service is good. While you technically have 80 minutes to finish your meal, they may extend that time a bit during slower hours.

This is the best hot pot restaurant I've tried so far. Everything is fresh, and the all-you-can-eat price is very reasonable! The only downside is that the air conditioning isn't working at the moment, but it's worth the sweat! Food: 5/5

It's a very small restaurant so wait times can be expected. The meat items, including seafood, are all you can eat but are brought to you upon request from the server. They can get busy, so the server won't swing by as often and forget to bring items. Some menu items have a vague name, so make sure to ask what they are. The all-day price isn't all day. It's just to order anything on the menu. They have a one and a half hour dine in limit that goes by fast given the cook times and the server bringing your food wait times. Compared to other hot pot restaurants I've been to, this place is ok. Maintenance can also improve.

I’m so stuffed after going there. The service is so fast and got our fill of hot pot and sushi. The flavor was great. Had a short 15 minute wait even for 4:30pm on Friday but that’s ok. lack of chicken for hotpot, and wish there was more veggie variety. the ice cream they give at the end is not some lame vanilla, chocolate, or swirl machine. We had the yummy match tea and ube. Place could be a little bit cleaner. Our 2nd waitress (shift change) was so nice and friendly.
