Feedback gevenThe restaurant was clean and beautiful, and it was my first visit to Panda Express! I expected the flavors to be a little stronger, but maybe I just picked the wrong dishes. I’ll definitely give it another try!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They intentionally left out food items from my order, didn't provide a receipt, and on my next visit, they refused to refund me. The so-called manager, Joe, has been unresponsive to my calls and hasn't made any attempt to resolve the issue. It's frustrating to see such poor customer service.
Wow! The woman who took my drive-thru order tonight had the best customer service skills I've ever experienced at a restaurant. The food was fresh, as always, which is why I keep coming back here. I wish I could remember her name—it starts with a K—but thank you so much for the fantastic service!
Clean and friendly staff... You'd have got 4 stars if I didn't have to wait for the Bean Chicken string every time. I'm on a lunch break, so my time is limited... I said it's a popular dish and I understand that... Soooo why isn't it prepared more often?
The food at Panda is good but to me there was a change in some of the food the grilled teriyaki chicken taste different I can't describe the taste but it's just different. I don't know if they changed the technique of cooking their chicken are they pre cut the chicken up but it is different.
