Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Incredible service and a tremendous amount of effort dedicated to satisfying customers.

I called an hour before closing for a quick pickup since I live just five minutes away. The person I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on me after I placed my order. When I arrived, the same guy was basically hiding from me. However, the girl who handed me my pizza was very friendly. It's disappointing to see that they're hiring people who seem unable to handle even basic customer service tasks.

When I went to pick up my pizzas and paid with my EBT card, he rolled his eyes and muttered something under his breath. It felt like he was trying to make me feel ashamed for using it. His attitude really ruined the experience for me, and I wouldn't recommend going there. There are better places out there.

Patton, the white twink manager guy was rude and disrespectful. I went to the papa Murphys on 8595 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89139 Location and I used my card to make the purchased. They gave me my food and I left. Shortly after I received a call from the store saying my card didn't go through so as the Patton guy was telling me that he was rude by saying you need to come back and pay for it because I'm not paying for it while I was telling him I will be right there because I wasn't that far away. He then hung up on me when I called him out on him being rude and disrespectful. The older lady that helped me was very friendly and nice and had really good customer service. The guy was very rude and disrespectful. I went back and payed for the food which I didn't have any problems with but didn't appreciate the rude and extraness of the guy. This happened March 29th around 425p when I received the call from the rude guy from the store. Do you guys record phone calls because that will be a good idea in the future for cases like these? If you do you can hear the convo or pull up the camera and see he was on the phone with me. The older white lady was nice and kind and gave good customer service. If you do go there try to get her or any other person to help you besides Patton, the queeny twink guy because he's rude.
