I'm writing this review because I ordered a pizza one time and they burnt it. So I brought it back and they fixed it. However today June 15 th I ordered and walked in on the young cashier lady complaining about what I said about the prior burnt pizza. She made a rude joke about it and used her fingers as if I was lying. She needs not talk about customers. I didn't appreciate that one but. I try to support our local business. Overall the food is good. Again what she did was in poor taste.......

Poor customer service. Have ordered from here for the past 3 years with no issues, but today's interaction was the breaking point. Whoever the man that was answering calls on 6/14/23 has some serious attitude and really should be mindful of how he conducts himself. Due to this man's inability to communicate properly in a professional manner, he's turning away loyal customers. I haven't had any local owned business hang up or be rude to their customers. I don't care if it was the owner or what, you don't run your business with such unprofessional behavior to your customers when all they're doing is trying to place an order.I will never order from here again.

I have a been a customer for years and was so disappointed in seeing roaches and what smelled like a bug killing spray throughout the place when I walked in.It’s heartbreaking. And had to edit my review to reflect this.

The three times I ate there was delicious. I will be coming back to Pellegrino PizzaFood: 5/5
