Ambience is great- very unique. Food is good, nothing exceptional but nothing bad. But the service was lacking! We arrived before the rest of our party and had to wait at the bar. Not a problem as I heard this place has great cocktails. However, we were sitting at the bar for over 10 minutes before a bartender even acknowledged us. There were only 2 other couples at the bar at the time so it was not busy. The one girl kept walking past us, cleaning up and apparently making drinks for servers to take to seated guests. Once the other bartender approached us it was as if he seemed bothered that we even ordered anything. Took a while to get the drink and our table was ready. The hostess said we had to settle up at the bar before we could be seated. That of course, took a while also. The food server was nice and prompt initially but I found it odd that when our orders were ready, they brought out 3 of the 5 guests food. The other 2 did came at least 5-7 min later. Poor customer service and not what I expect when paying $100+ per person. We made the mistake of ordering another drink when we were done eating as it took so long to arrive, we had to shoot it down to leave as we had to be somewhere else soon after. Disappointing as this place had great reviews and we were excited to go, but there is no reason for us to return.

Best steakhouse around. Highly recommend this place. Amazing service and food.
