Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The chicken was delicious! This was my first visit, and I would definitely come back. However, if management is reading this, it would be great to display the full menu where customers place their orders. Since the line was long, they were taking orders before we reached the menu board, which only showed the chicken finger options. I had no idea there was a chicken sandwich available. When I asked an employee if those were the only options, she replied yes, indicating she wasn't fully familiar with the menu either.

THE BEST of all the new chicken sandwiches. Crispy outside and moist and tender. Huge and satisfying on a perfectly split bun seasoned just right. A pickle would be nice.

Additionally, they were unwilling to issue a refund without a receipt. However, I have the transaction on my card as proof. As a well-known establishment, it's the manager's duty to ensure customer satisfaction. My experience was unacceptable, and I felt unwell an hour after eating at their restaurant. The manager on duty at 9:36 PM on September 11th did not handle the situation well, and, as a result, I will not be returning.

Everything was fresh. They were fair on the fries lol. The toast was delicious ????

I can?t believe I went four years without having canes. look, it may seem like nothing special but the sauce is what gets ya. It?s amazing. The sweet tea is also a must.
