Ramen-ya (katana-ya) - Las Vegas

Very simple restaurant. Only offers a vegan ramen, and it's good, it gets done the job. I wouldn't go out my way to eat here, it's just convenient. It uses ramen/white noodles, not rice noodles, so maybe this is new.

Late night hot soup after freezing AC all day! I don't get any negative reviews. It's perfect for what it is. Fresh vegetables, tofu, rice noodles... You have a way to add Nori, and you can also get hot sauce on the page. My mother and I loved it both. The hotel is located outside Bally’s in the bazaar of restaurants and shops. If you come from the casino and are faced with LVB, it is right. Updated by previous rating on 2022-10-21

Tested as if it were an immediate vegetable stock as soup. I don't think I gave 1 star before, but to go to a Ramen restaurant, expect fresh noodles and delicious broth. I felt quite robbed.

Tasty ramen broth and ingredients. Would be nice if they had ramen noodles that were vegan instead of the rice noodles. Service was fast and friendly.

If there were more vegan options I would totally give this place 5 stars. Make sure you swap the noodles for rice noodles!
