Roma Cafe: Authentic Italian Food Coffee

They open at 7:00 AM, which is far too late for a coffee and breakfast spot. They should really consider opening by 6:00 AM at the latest. I've also had some unpleasant and rude encounters with the staff, including a situation with one server who wore earbuds while delivering my meal. He simply looked for the assigned number on the tables, walked over, and dropped off the order without any interaction. It felt like he was not focused on the customer at all, which is frustrating. Has the business overlooked the importance of teaching the next generation of employees about quality customer service? Perhaps they should establish some guidelines regarding personal devices, dress code, hygiene, and overall professional behavior while on duty.

I absolutely love this place! The coffee, food, and service are all excellent. Whenever we arrive in Vegas, breakfast and coffee are always a must at Roma.

This is a charming little place with friendly staff and a relaxed vibe. They have a lovely outdoor patio with plenty of tables for additional seating. I usually order the Irish Latte, which I absolutely adore, but I’m also eager to explore other menu options. The turkey panini I had was fantastic. I didn't take a photo since I assumed others must have captured the same dish. I highly recommend visiting this spot!

This place deserves better, but the service is so hit or miss it is frustrating. They have great coffee, but the staff is either real nice or not so nice, so they lose some points there. Again, the coffee is fantastic, so it is worth coming in.

We liked this place. In addition to coffee they had all sorts of pastries, sandwiches, and pizzas. We tried some of their croissants and they were very good (the second best we've had in Vegas). They are made in house. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. It was hot and freshly cooked.They serve Lavazza brand coffee. It's not my favorite (go Illy) but it's very popular.The interior is somewhat industrial but has lots of comfortable chairs and sofas. It's not very loud, which I find appealing.
