I have been going to Siena for almost 8 years now. My favorite was happy hour with small portions, so I'd order around 6+ different items for 2 people. The live entertainment was also a plus. I felt like this was my home away from home. It was especially convenient since I live walking distance. Unfortunately, I will no longer be going there, nor ordering take out, and much less recommending family and friends like I used to. My last experience ordering take out from both the restaurant and deli were horrific! The quality of the food has diminished. The so-called manager of the restaurant who answered the phone (I think his name is Daniel) and I've met him in person a few times seemed pleasant. However, while placing my last order, I had to repeat myself several times either because he didn't understand me or couldn't hear me and trust me, I speak clearly and loud! Anyway, he not only messed up my order, yelled at me, placed me on hold for a long time to let another employee finish taking my order which was really rude, but he's completely inept and has no business being a manager anywhere! He actually didn't know what size a pint was (16 fluid ounces). What an idiot! Perhaps it was not one of his best days but this will surely cost Siena a significant amount of business as this was a place I highly recommended here in Vegas and also to out of town family and friends! He should be ashamed of himself for treating regular customers in such a condescending/despicable manner!

Good quality food. Good location. Nice friendly staff.

Long wait time after ordering at 1130 am for lunch. Pasta dish not hot just warmed. Bread was stale. Not my first visit so I was disappointed this time. I love the deli but restaurant for lunch was a fail today
