Sushi Takashi - Las Vegas

Amongst so many great Japanese restaurants in Las Vegas, this is in my top 5. For the quality of sushi, the price is very reasonable. Service is very friendly, although I did have to watch my friend eat for about 10 minutes before my own food arrived. Can't bring myself to take a star off though. Atmosphere is chill, it's not too loud so conversation is doable.

Sashimi varieties are plentiful and deliciously prepared by chef Takashi himself. The Ala carte menu is extensive and the dinner set menus are all prepared based on your hunger level. It's a well balanced authentic Japanese dining experience. Sushi Takashi is now a new favorite place for Japanese cuisine...

Delicious!!!!! Great service, great food. Once you order the service is quick and food begins to come out as ready. Servers are attentive and sweet. The food is well portioned and the Tuna is amazing!!!!
