The Charcoal Room - Las Vegas

Had a reservation for Thanksgiving lunch here. We tried a few Aps, bacon-wrapped shrimps, oysters on the half shell and the Jumbo shrimp cocktail. Everything was very good! My mother chose the Thanksgiving turkey plate $41 and my father and I chose the bone-in rib eyes $57 20oz ea. You can also dampen the veggies if you prefer it. Your turkey plate as expected... all the articles were very good. And our steaks came as an orderly sign, med.rare, with one side of the super-yum sauce, which was specially made for the ribbed eye. The meat was definitely spot-on without the sauce, but it has improved the taste without exaggerating it. Steak quality was definitely relative to prices. So, no complaints! Our server was very pleasant, helpful and attentive. And his helper was very nice and very attentive. The manager who stops at our table to chat was a nice touch. You have a wide selection of food, wine and alcohol options. And, you can do as little or as much as you like- ap and salad, burger and side, etc. or go full out like us. Another additional touch, they pack your take home links themselves, so you don't have that this unpleasant work does it yourself. We were all very satisfied and will probably be back.

I made reservations for my wife and I for our anniversary and unfortunately the hostess seemed uncertain as if she had no table available and we had to wait a short time. The food was great, but the prices were not really reasonable. The steaks don't come with sides and the side prices are ridiculous. $10 for a baked potato? Admittedly, there was a very large baked potato, but I was not given butter, sour cream, etc. Only a large $10 simple baked potato. The staff was friendly, but the service was definitely missing. Beverages were not often refilled and it took a long time to mark our waiter down to get our check (has been to come to our show in time). The food took quite a long time from the order to the table. Overall, not bad, but if she treats these problems she?d definitely get five stars in my book. Although it is near where we live, this will probably be the only visit.

After using comps or points several times, I always had a good experience regarding food and service until my visit on Wednesday 6. April 2022. I was told that she recently updated the menu of my last visit in the previous month. My colleague, who in the past always ordered the lambsticks, did this again and what was brought out was not the same as any other visit. While the pieces tasted, the part that was served was a joke. Being generous and telling the service size was about 4 ounces. For $59 it is really a break now and in any case the order should be avoided. I didn't make a picture until he ate it, but the fork placed next to it as a size reference.

We wanted to make reservations that they'd get us within the hour. Our server Miguel was great. All we had was great. And the place was not overly busy and there were free parking available??

Lovely restaurant at Santa Fe Casino. We went there on a Thursday evening and were pleasantly surprised of how good this place is. We ordered calamari, steakhouse salad, rare ribeye covered with gorgonzola cheese (cooked to perfection) and lobster. Every single dish was flavorful and well presented. A hidden gem offering delicious and big portions of food, a nice and quiet atmosphere and excellent service the staff that worked with us was very pleasant and helpful.
