In A Nutshell:-The Magic Noodle is a place to fill your noodle cravings.-Especially if you love Asian hand-pulled noodles made in house, fresh.-This is a very popular restaurant so don't be surprised if you see a full house have to wait.-I tried their Schzuan Beef Brisket Noodle w/ the Knife Cut Noodles.-The soup broth was delicious along w/ the brisket noodles, it really hit the spot.Overall, this place offers three different types of hand-pulled noodles: original, flat wide or knife cut so it's great to have some options :

After living in Shanghai for 3 years, I had been on the hunt for some delicious noodles! Even though they aren’t shanghainese noodles they are still pretty damn authentic to the shanxi province! We got the most ordered short rib with wide noodles , the spicy dumplings, and the minced beef with wide noodles. I’m from Phoenix and have not find anything comparable to this place. The service was fast and I loved that you could see them making all the food in the kitchen!

Amazing! When we went there was a wait list to be seated. That’s when I knew this place must be good! ?Spicy Wontons: 1000/10Braised Pork Belly Fried Rice: 10/10Chinese Beef Burrito: 10/10Spicy Beef Brisket Knife Cut Noodles: 7/10**We didn’t looooove it like everything else but it was good. The noodles were amazing but flavor of the broth was lacking imo.We went back the very next day and ate again! Highly recommend! And it’s cool to see them making the noodles!

Wow. Simply wow. The Magic Noodle is always busy with a line and/or crowd for a reason. This place is absolutely amazing.Whether you're dining alone, grabbing takeout or meeting a group of friends, the Magic Noodle is a good place to add to your list! The food comes out fast and is incredibly affordable for the price, quality and quantity.Today, I stumbled upon the Magic Noodle based on the sheer amount of good reviews with relatively high expectations. And guess what?The Magic Noodle exceeded them. I ordered the Szechuan Beef Brisk Noodle with knife cut noodles, which was absolutely divine. It wasn't too spicy, but rather packed with an incredible amount of seasoning and flavor. I couldn't help, but appreciate the deliciousness. The noodles were made to perfection and chewy. Yum.Jason was my server today and he was phenomenal. He was patient, kind and made this experience a great one. I'm definitely going to go again! Magic Noodle, y'all made a lifetime fan in me!

We had to wait a good minute to be seated. The place was completely pack however when we were seated the the food was brought out pretty quick. The food was good and you can the noodle being made in front of you.Food: 5/5
