I decided to check out this place since it was by my hotel and orded twice dine in and take out.The Dine in I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken bowl. The guy up front didnt acknowledge me at all and I sat at the front waiting to order for about five minutes before he walked up and then just looked at me and didnt say anything. The bowl was decent but not great, I asked for brown rice and got a mix of white and brown rice and the chicken was a bit dry. When he brought the bowl out it was just dropped on the table and walked away. The Second order was take out and was The Egg White Breakfast Burrito, I picked it up as they were packing it up the order. In the special requests I asked for extra Salsa and when I picked it up I looked to see if they added the extra request. Well it was a tiny container with about a spoon full of salsa, so I asked for an additional one or two of the condiment. You would've thought I asked for the whole container of salsa as the cook came out and grabbed my bag to look inside and just point to the salsa. I told him can I get one or two more? he walked back and took his time getting them filled and then handed them to the girl to give to me with a discussed look on his face. She handed them to me and then looked at her coworker and rolled her eyes. The Burrito was very blan with no flavor, I ended up eating it with a fork and knife as it was so soggy it fell apart when I picked it up.I'm in sales and Customer service is huge for me. On both occasions customer service was HORRIBLE! They need to realize that customers keep the doors open and with customer service like that, it won't be around that long. (Overall Horrible experience)

First time there… I was reading the extensive menu, and I had some questions. However, three employees saw me who looked at me and no one even acknowledged me. No hello. No can I get you anything or do you have a question. Nothing. So I left.

We love protein source and come often but this visit was very poor. Waited over 25 minutes for 3 meals and one juice. Multiple people received their orders before we did who order way after our order was placed. Ordered a west chix burrito with steak instead of chicken. Chicken was still in there and when we got home…which is only about 5 minutes away, it was completely soggy and falling apart.

Large selection of Keto and Paleo options, which is a tough find anywhere you go. Perhaps a bit overpriced, but the food is quality with clean ingredients.Food: 4/5
