Feedback gevenI ordered online and they did not begin to make my order until I got there. is the purpose of online ordering so they don't have to wait. also, the person who made my frosty made my frosty, circumvented with money, and he had no gloves.
They had a line in the drive-thru so I went inside. Busy location but I got what I needed in a reasonable amount of time. Food was good.
So so service. The order was accurate. My big complaint is about the cashier. I literally stood at the register for almost 10 minutes before she, or anyone else acknowledged that I was there. She was busy helping the other staff catch up on orders. I get that, but at least welcome me to the store and let me know that you will be with me as soon as you help out your other staff.Also, when I ordered, I asked for a drink holder. She gave me 3 cups. I filled them with soda and then asked again for a drink holder.
Food I ordered was good, yet the customer service skills was lacking professionally. I received a double cheeseburger with onions and pickles which I specifically said NO onions or pickles. The food was hot and fresh. had to wait a little extra, as the spcuy5chicken was made fresh. can complain. fries had a little too much salt otherwise the meal met the site
