Tim Hortons - Lasalle

Over All I really don’t stop inside but customer service has always been kool my ice caps are usually good BUT ON THE DONUTS …yea no they never have enough icing like apple fritters or honey cruelers makes a Big difference in the taste …many other Timmy’s always well iced so when you go to a coffee/donut spot YOU WOULD THINK THOSE 2 things would ALWAYS be on point!!

Great potential, but they always get the orders wrong, I drive the extra few kms to downtown LaSalle out of my commute just to avoid the morning ruined coffeeEdit: the staff are great, it's a matter of them being overworked, underpaid or understaffed or any combo of them.

We ordered the fiesta lime chicken bowls and received half of the usual portions from other Tim’s in LaSalle. Very disappointing and this franchise is not following corporate protocols. Shame on you.

The staff and the food was okay the biggest problem was when you go to use the bathroom and there's no toilet paper obviously housekeeping is not high on their priority list and it left me in a little bit of a pickle needless to say was not happy about

This tim hortons is a good place in Lasalle to do you homework with your friends.
