El Gringo Y La Gorda - Lasso

This place is great! Located in a beautiful old building, this place has a really lovely vibe. The staff are attentive, the food is delicious. I had the nicoise salad and it was the best, freshest meal I've had in weeks. They also have a great cocktail menu. And also great options for vegetarians, which can be a struggle to find in Ecuador. Sadly I have no room for dessert. Next time for sure!

Amazing place, the food and staff are the best in Latacunga. The mexican breakfast is delicious! Only thing remotely negative I could say is that the coffee could be a lot better. Regardless I would highly recommend!!
