What has happened to the chicken tenders? In my recent order, I received three full-sized tenders and one that was cut in half to make it seem like I had five. The last time I ordered a three-piece, they looked like burnt chicken nuggets. For the price you pay, you expect better quality than what you’d find on a dollar menu. The burgers are always excellent, but I'm starting to wonder if it's worth it to keep ordering from here.

The staff is very friendly and offers good service, but the music was excessively loud, making it difficult for them to hear our food order, which led to some mistakes.

This is the best burger and fries I've ever tasted! The customer service was outstanding! I had never heard of this place before, as I'm from the South. As of now, it’s the best dining experience I’ve had in New York, and I've tried a lot of places. The prices are great for such excellent food!

Firstly, the burger was incredibly juicy and delicious. The five chicken tenders with mesquite barbecue sauce were simply amazing. Plus, the double beer-battered onion rings had a fantastic crunch; the onion slices were cut perfectly and cooked just right! I can definitely see myself becoming a regular customer. Everything was so good!

This restaurant is always a fantastic place to eat. I ordered the ultimate bacon burger and a large urban fry, and the fries were a generous portion, perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu options. The burger was well-seasoned and a good size. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!
