Sad work “BBQ” event in the afternoon. Quotes, since everything was prepared well in advance, and had that sad, gray look from sitting around. Nothing was cooked to order. No bbq-ing whatsoever. Hard pass.
I was very disappointed. It was 90 in the shade. No big fans or anything to help us stay cool. The side dishes were awful. Though the baked Beans tasted like store brand canned. The burgers and ribs were yummy, But I would not go again.Parking: Handicap parking was 200+yards to the gazebo and no other way to get closerWheelchair accessibility: There is no way that a person in a wheelchair would be able to use the bathroom or sit in the shade at a table
This is the second year in a row we went the last day of the year by chance. They have a craft fair and there's music and burgers! You can even get a cold beer. I don't know why I don't remember to come here during the summer when it's open. It's a nice relaxing place to hang outside under a pavilion or walking around in the sunshine. I know they do private events but this is open to the public. At least the last day it is. I definitely will inquire as it seems like a nice, close day spot to hang and enjoy.
Good was great! Really enjoyed my time at clambake! Everything was great!
