Panera Bread - LATHAM

Really a gorgeous Panera. Like, I don't know if I'll be able to ever look at the crossgates commons location ever again after visiting this one. It's absolutely huge, perfectly clean, and has actual full booths as well as all different sizes and shapes of tables. My only complains were that my butter was too cold to spread and my bagel was slightly burnt. But the atmosphere made up for it.

I ordered a rapid pick up order online. It was ready very quickly and the order was accurate. I used a gift card for the order and input my debit card information for the difference. The gift card didn't go through and my debit card was charged the full amount. The manager made it so simple to reconcile this issue. I was able to use the gift card and my money was refunded to my debit card. I am extremely satisfied with this Panera location's service and the food was great, obviously.

Panera used to be pretty lame, but now they are the only chain in the area that bakes their own stuff. They make a good souffle. My baby ate the whole thing. He's never had solid food before. Picture for reference. They have this great deal where you pay 9.00 a month and get a free mega coffee every day. Being a programmer means that I have to drink lots of coffee. Gallons. This is a great savings for me.

Service was really fast and friendly customer service. However, they seem to never have croissants every time I visited.

Great food every time. Prices are just getting too high for the size of the selections. Absolute consistency in quality and taste. Order way ahead. Service is definitely NOT fast food! Drive through is molasses.
