Sonic America's Drive-in - LATHAM

The drive-thru had a lengthy line, with every stall filled with cars waiting. They got our order wrong and handed me a drink that tasted like straight lime syrup. However, the employee who helped us fixed the mistake in no time, even making the drink himself while we listened through the intercom to ensure it was right. Overall, it was obvious that they are short-staffed, and I think it's fair to extend some understanding to the service staff while we enjoy the convenience of our cars.

Among all the Sonic locations I've been to in New York, this one stands out as the best. The service is outstanding, and the food is always cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this place!
