The best food in Latina! Fresh ingredients and homemade pasta. Chef is amazing and atmosphere is relaxing. Amazing wine and homemade bread. Grazi mille!

I visited this cozy restaurant o 9 tables in Latina on business with 6 other colleagues. This place is looking modern, but not overly so. They do not have English menu, but one can figure out the menu and the waiters speak some English. The good is truly great and everything made from scratch as you watch the chief working. I attached few pictures of the menu. The Tuffoli was great with a smoked eggplant purée. Octopuss fir appetizer and grilled swordfish were all great. Prices are good considering the quality of the food. Highly recommended!

The food that Innesto 'brings to the table ' is phenomenal; it is rich and full of flavors and only a few places in the region offer such a great mixture of tradition and innovation (for a very, very reasonable price). Moreover, Luca is an excellent and warm host. It is always a pleasure to come here.

This year for Christmas Eve, we decided to try the catering formula and we ordered from Innesto, a dinner for 10 people. I was absolutely excited, the appetizer, the first, the second and the dessert, were carefully packed for delivery and kept in vacuum. I was helped by people who work in catering but still the dishes were high-level. I will not describe in detail, I do not think I can do it, I can instead review with great enthusiasm the fact that in the face of a figure absolutely within reach of everyone, we ate curly, bream, handmade cutlets, white chocolate balls, all unthinkable dishes to cook, zero expense beats, impeccable cuisine but above all zero food waste, something for me, really important. I just have to come in person to meet the chef and eat in his own place...

We went to lunch at this place for a tasting menu. We had never been and were pleasantly impressed, the food is great and cared for in detail, the friendly and helpful staff and the relaxing environment. I highly recommend it!!
