Mcdonald's - Latton Bush

There is such a lovely lady working there at the moment, who really cares about giving a high standard of customer service in her job. I never normally write reviews but I ate inside this McDonald’s this evening and I want to give credit to this lady although I do not have her name unfortunately! She was so polite and friendly when I ordered with her and I saw her make a huge effort to help all of the customers. Before leaving, I stood up to empty my tray and she ran over, grabbed it from me and said ‘I’ll take that, I hope you both enjoy the rest of your evening’. It really makes a difference when have a nice experience as a customer, which seems rare nowadays! Would definitely recommend this one. Food cold and yet again chicken burger NO MAYO and lettuce it’s not hard to get it right wrong double burger just got cheeseburger limp white cold chips! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worse macdonalds ever been to. Every time they forget something or mess something up. Being able to read and understand a simply breakfast order should be a basic requirement!!!
