Awesome plase and quality is very good i like it but order waiting is very large increase the Man force power and fadt serives other wise all good and plase is very awesome

I have been to Icekraft Pune several times and it certainly never disappointed with the quality and taste. But I would not recommend this outlet to anyone else. The workers there think as if we are clueless about the food. We had ordered cheesy hurricane fries, it was partially cooked we told this to the staff and they were not listening at all. Secondly, we had ordered Nutella freakshake, we were rooting for it but naah not at all satisfactory. This shake is the bestseller from Pune outlet and yummy too. Think twice before visiting.
