Feedback gevenLast night at 10:00. Drive through 20 minutes with only 4 cars. A mother-cruncher chicken sandwich bought. The chicken was completely boiled and almost burned. It went into the trash what THEY should have done. Avoid.
I couldn't even order. At first the intercom was broken, and when we drove to the window, the ghetto, unprofessional cashier, told us to go back to the broken intercom to place our order. This person had no knowledge of what it is to have customer service skills. I highly recommend that checkers of the franchise trainer train their employees better when you come to customer service.
I arrived at 4:11am. They close at 5:00am I ordered my food with the automated system. Then drove to the window, the employees saw me and kept working. I thought they were getting my food together. But after waiting 20+min they turned off the lights and never mentioned to me they was closing earlier. Even though 3 employees saw me at the drive thru window waiting. There was a car behind me that was also waiting for their order and one person at the walk in window. I usually never write a review but this is unacceptable!
Got called a n word and the manager on duty took her phone out and tried to illegally record me against my will after I refused to take food from her since she cussed me out for asking can my order be made to order. The managers here are too good to be at that place and believe they have the right to mistreat their clientele. Disgusting.
Just ordered from here. Lady at the window was awesome, asked her to add a Pibb for me once I got to the window and she was still able to assist. Little bit of a wait for the food but no complaints cause I watched them make it fresh, this location has been around for a long time. Staff seems dedicated, attentive. Hopefully management makes some updates to the building so they can continue to be around for a while. Thanks for dinner.
