Starbucks - Lauderhill

The baristas are super friendly and speedy and it's always been clean whenever I'm here. A great place to study, it's usually packed with people working so you won't feel out of place. It does get really cold though, so if you're planning to stay a while you might want to bring a jacket. Ask the baristas for recommendations--they know what's good!

I think the location is nice, the employees are very accommodating. I am only upset that they don't allow customers to eat or sit inside. This location is in Florida where mostly all covid-19 restrictions have been lifted, yet only outdoor seating. It's most difficult to study and use electronics in the rain. They do have 2 umbrellas setup, so dry accomodations are limited.

I was never a Starbucks fan until I tried thier dark coffee. So I started going their instead. Thus location is the worst! They never have what you order, and they don't warm the food up hot enough. My sandwich was ice cold and my frappe was tooo thick with with too much whip cream. Didn't realize this until I drove off. Never ever going there again. 2 times is enough. Zero stars!!!!

The drive-thru lines can be quite long, but the staff works efficiently to get you through quickly, and they’ve never messed up my order, which is fantastic. Sometimes they are really busy, so they don't have time for small talk or extra friendliness, but I appreciate their dedication to getting orders out efficiently rather than taking forever just to chat. But that's my perspective; yours might be different. One thing I did notice is that prices have increased significantly, which isn't surprising given how much everything has gone up during the pandemic. This time, I tried their iced chai tea latte with coconut milk, and it was delicious! Virtually everything I order here is always tasty, and they consistently get it right 100% of the time.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly unprofessional, openly mocking customers. While one might say that this behavior occurs in many minimum wage jobs, the employees here could certainly put in more effort to conceal it. Their hostility toward everyone is quite evident. I witnessed them making fun of a nine-year-old child, an elderly woman, and several teenagers. It's truly unbelievable.
