Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. - Laughlin

Ate there last night, our food was delicious. Only problem was the service. It was lackluster at best. The server was very busy, we often felt forgotten about. My husbands drink came in a dirty glass, they did get him a new glass Unlikely we will return. Sad because we use to love coming here

I made a reservation thinking it may be busy but it wasn't. We were seated immediately. The waitress was nice and attentive. The food was okay. Way overpriced for the amount of food. Then waited a while for someone to help me in the store. I ended up going to the bar area to get someone to help me in the store. Don't think i will ever go back again. Just wanted to go for the experience.

Had a reservation 4:30, was in and out in an hour.. and we took our time. Service was on point, waitress was attentive and very nice. She recommended the garlic bread, we tried it and was amazing !!!!! Our food came out pretty quick for the place being busy! Everything was delicious !!!!! I just love this place !!!!!

Our server, Luis, was amazing! The dish I ordered came with Cajun seasoning in it I didn't catch that on the menu. When I mentioned that I didn't realize it came like that couldn't do spicy, he immediately offered to take it back make me a new one. Instead of wasting it, we decided to take it home for my husband to eat tomorrow ordered a new one w/o Cajun on it. It came out rather quickly. All in all, our visit was great, for a Friday night! Kid-friendliness: This place is great for all ages. Lots of stuff to look at on the walls a few TV's around. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the lower level of the Casino, but there is an elevator that will take you down and spit you out right next to Bubba Gumps.

Food was nothing out of the ordinary. I've had better crab legs and shrimp in NM. The service was terrible, and the one bar drink I ordered had to be redone 2x and it still was not correctly made. Not an impressive dining experience. We won't go back there...
