That was a great restaurant. The service and the food were excellent. It was a bit expensive, but the food quality for it. I'd come back. Great.

Wonderful food in great surroundings with perfectly attentive staff. We had oysters which were the best we'd ever had, scrummy vegetarian mains, and the desserts were to die for.

Mud bar is an excellent choice for a delightful dinner venue on Launceston's Seaport Boulevard. Their Menu is diverse and offers locally sourced produce which is showcased in a variety of elegant and vibrant dishes. Staff were professional, engaging and passionate. The restaurant ambience was warm and inviting. Would highly recommend Mud-bar Restaurant to people who cherish great service and delicious food and wine. Will definitely re-visit.
