The staff was friendly, the food was excellent, and because everything they serve is gluten-free, there is no concern about cross-contamination. I had the shaved fish and chips and the salted caramel-iced latte - so delicious! I would highly recommend.
Best Breaky, that we have been in Launceston so far. We started with a few incredible coffee, followed by the big breakfast and smashed Avo. Big flavors and great service. Thank you Team!
I came to experience warm and real hospitality wherever I go to Launceston, and if I would race them all, the beautiful and sweet people in Samuel Pepy's Cafe will most likely come out up. The whole café is decorated with vintage stuff and has a wall dedicated to old teaspoons. The old shaky stairs to the seat upstairs and you will be greeted with dye books for adults and children to pass time while waiting for your meal. The strongly buttered salmon and egg bunsky with sour cream was a decadent treatment masked as a healthy breakfast. The mixed mushroom on toast with spinach was definitely the healthier siblings. I washed everything with a cup of thin latte, which was unfortunately a bit weak, and we all set an adventure. PS - the peanut butter biscuit is absolutely delicious, it's like solidified peanut butter.
The best breakfast we had in Tasmania. The best lunch we had in Tasmania. Excellent service. Nobody better so well, we went back more. Do yourself a favor and support you outstanding institution.
We went there on a Sunday, the customer service was absolutely amazing, and there was a lady with gorgeous grey hair and blue eyes who just made our first morning in Launceston. Food was alright, they had a yummy peanut butter hot chocolate!
