I received my entire order correctly for the first time in a long while. Your team is doing an excellent job!

Today, after placing my order at the drive-thru, I found myself in a bit of trouble when I accidentally locked my keys, phone, and wallet inside my car. Fortunately, two employees came to my rescue and helped me unlock my car. Although I didn't catch their names, I want to commend your training program for your staff. They went above and beyond my expectations and did so with genuine smiles! They were truly a blessing today. Thank you for fostering a culture of helpfulness in the community. Those employees really shined as representatives of McDonald’s!

The service is excellent, with a friendly staff that really stands out. The management is outstanding, particularly the team in the morning.
