Pizza Hut - Laurel

I just ordered a cheese pizza and I specified light on the cheese what did get HEAVY cheese the pizza was so heavy I could barely carry it. I can’t go there anymore.

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. I placed an order and it has been 1 hour and 45 minutes with no delivery. I called 4 times, was put on hold, transferred multiple times, and promised a call back that never happened. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told to give it a few more minutes. Five minutes later, I received a text saying my order would be delivered in 30 minutes, so that's 2 lies from the store. I would not recommend this store or Pizza Hut.

I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Hut. My order never arrived and the delivery driver claimed he had shown up and called me, which was a lie. I had been waiting outside for 20 minutes before my scheduled delivery time. The manager, Ephraim, informed me that it would take 24 to 48 hours for the refund to show up in my account. I would recommend avoiding delivery and instead picking up your food from the store in person.

This is my third time ordering from this restaurant, and I am no longer willing to give them any more chances. The food is always cold and my order is always missing something. I have received a whole pizza missing, been given the wrong pizza, and now my drinks are missing as well.
